Emergency Physicians of the Rockies is a physician-owned and operated group of over 100 experienced emergency medicine physicians and advanced practice providers. We currently staff four hospitals and two freestanding emergency departments in Northern Colorado, including a Level I Trauma Center. Our facilities boast great diversity in demographics and acuity levels, providing our clinicians with variety and challenges in their everyday shifts.

Our schedule is designed with 8-hour shifts to ensure that our providers have the opportunity to spend time with their families and participate in restorative activities. In addition, we offer lifestyle-friendly scheduling which allows a savvy planner to submit advanced scheduling requests when each new month’s schedule is posted to potentially claim a block of time off without affecting clinical hours or earned benefits.

EPR partners with First Responder Trauma Counselors to provide ample opportunities for achieving and maintaining mental health and resilience goals, whether it's through specialized training, workshops, or peer support programs.
